ISD is passionate about building and developing long term sustainable, professional and safe industries. We specialise in the surf, stand up paddle and lifeguard industries. We offer International Surfing Association formal training programs for surf and stand up paddle instructors as well as surf judges. We can also offer professional training to personnel in the industries to organisations so staff can provide better service, higher quality, have greater skills and knowledge and be more confident and competent in performing their roles. We can advise and consult to businesses to assist them in running safe, professional, high quality operations. We can assist in formulating professional business documentation like standard operating procedures, emergency action plans, risk assessment and risk management policies and other important policy and documentation. We can provide safety, rescue and emergency care training for beaches and aquatic locations using Surf Life Saving Australia internationally renowned qualifications or tailor custom training programs for specific locations, if and where necessary. We can provide high quality athlete training to maximise potential and maximise performance for surfers and stand up paddle athletes as well as athletes in life saving sports. We work throughout the world from locations with a well developed surfing industry to those where surfing is only new and starting to build. We can help the development and growth of the surf sports in a safe, sustainable and professional manner. We can offer advise and assistance in starting a national governing body and becoming a member of the International Surfing Association.
