About International Talent

International Talent provides DEI services such as consulting, training, and keynotes to accelerate the integration of international talent into Danish companies and society. What we can do for you: INSPIRE YOUR HR / PEOPLE & CULTURE TEAMS - In a 2-3 hrs workshop, we open your eyes to "The Dark Side of Hygge". We cover the culturally determined behavioural tendencies of Danes that create hygge for those who belong but feelings of exclusion and rejection for those who move here. All content is scientifically validated and emerged from my own research. HELP YOUR INTERNATIONAL EMPLOYEES THRIVE - In our training programs designed for incoming expats and their partners, we focus on accelerating the newcomers' acculturation and integration process. The programs are rooted in psychological and HR research, which explores the challenges foreign workers face in settling in Denmark. Utilising a blend of cross-cultural competency training and tools from cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy, the training aims to assist internationals in managing the transition to life in Denmark. This approach is geared towards enabling them to become productive employees and fostering a sense of belonging. HELP YOUR DANISH MANAGERS LEAD THEIR INTERNATIONAL TEAM MEMBERS -In a 2-3 hour workshop, we focus on enhancing Danish leadership skills to better address the challenges and needs of their international employees. The workshop delves into the cultural behavioral tendencies unique to Danes. It further emphasises understanding the mental toll associated with relocating and working in a foreign culture and its effect on psychological safety. INSPIRE YOUR EMPLOYEES - I give keynotes on topics related to the integration of international talent into Danish businesses and society. These keynotes can be to acknowledge a specific day or part of your company's DEI effort.
