Intero Wellness is a medically informed fitness studio providing personalized, supportive programming. Whether you’re starting a new exercise routine or updating an existing one, your fitness journey should meet your current needs. Our programming is tailored to each client’s limitations and goals by our team of clinicians and expert strength and conditioning specialists. Co-located with Sano Orthopedics and F.I.T. Muscle & Joint Clinics, we measure progress through our proprietary Sano Motion Capture as clients become stronger, healthier, and age more resiliently. As we age, physical goals or needs change. That’s why at Intero Wellness, we work with adults to give professional guidance based on where they are now, not where they were yesterday or 10 years ago. Whether it's weight loss, blood pressure reduction, increased lean muscle, or competing in the game called life, our goal is to inspire and motivate as you get started on and maintain a health journey through physical activity that feels good.
