Interstate Distributor is a leading provider of truckload transportation services in North America. We were the 2nd safest fleet in North America for 2015 (up from 3rd in 2014), awarded by The Truckload Carrier's Association. We also were named in the 2017 Best Fleets to Drive For (for the third year in a row), which is based on a survey of our drivers. We live by three foundational principles of Safety First, Service Always, and Operational Excellence. By these, we provide excellent jobs for our associates and excellent service for our customers. Transportation services include dry van, temperature control, drayage, heavy haul, intermodal, and hostling as well as logistics and brokerage services through Interstate Distributor Logistics. Terminal and yard facilities are located across the United States, Western Canada, and along the Mexican border. Interstate Distributor was founded in 1933 and is based in Tacoma, Washington. We employ professional drivers for local and regional routes with excellent benefits and competitive pay. Our owner operator program serves established owner operators and new owner operators through our 3rd party lease purchase program. We support small fleets, and you can run under your own authority through our power-only contract carrier program.
