ISSI’S GOAL IS TO ACHIEVE A LEVEL OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND A MODEL IN THE LAS VEGAS VALLEY" We view security needs as falling into two distinct categories. During the day, tenants and their guests, customers and clients will be arriving and leaving the premises. We view personnel needs during this time more as "people ambassadors" than security officers where the greatest asset to be secured is tenant relationships, tenant recognition and site image rather than property. Interstate Security Services envisions filling these "people ambassador" positions through a careful screening process accomplished at the hiring level and reinforced with an expanded training program to include not only standard security procedures, but also extensive training on "people skills". Ongoing training will enhance self-development and ensure continuous improvement and continuity of service and image. During the late evening hours, security needs changes to the more typical physical property control scenario. During this period the hard military-like physical presence approach with highly visible uniformed officers would be appropriate.
