We have offered certification for Trainers, Coaches and OD Practitioners for 40 years, in variety of forms, using the CORE Approach. The InterStrength CORE Approach™ focuses on building self-awareness skills and learner-owned identification of their own personality patterns through our pioneered CORE Self-Discovery Process™. The practices that help them realign with who they are, develop much needed agility stay with them throughout their lifetime. The information learned about themselves and others is so profound that it is life changing. With the models held lightly, there is room to grow and develop and a high degree of buy in. These models are easily integrated with or without using the 16 personality types or instruments like the MBTI® instrument.
