About InterviewFit Training
InterviewFit is an interviewer-tailored Learning and Development program for Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Teams. Our comprehensive interviewer training skills training program will deliver more cost-effective interview outcomes while helping Hiring Managers and Talent Teams learn how to recognise, and align the key capabilities, competencies, and characteristics among a diverse and multi-generational workforce. The program can be presented one-to-one or in groups of up to 5 people and has 13 modules which are delivered virtually across 2 separate sessions 1-2 weeks apart. Participants are then invited back to an InterviewFit Clinic 3 months after the 2nd session where we analyse some of the changes they have made to their interviewing processes and the outcomes they have seen as a result. Our interviewer training draws on over 14,000 hours of interviewing experience with candidates from a range of industries, across numerous role types and at all levels.
