Intra Tec was established in 2000. For 20 years we have been demonstrating to clients throughout Australian that even though we are a team of outsourced IT professionals we can consistently work as Part of YOUR Team. Not only do we want to provide clients with the services they need and within the agreed timeframes; we want to build and establish long-term relationships with clients. Genuine relationships built on trust, mutual respect and common goals. Your budget is our budget, your timeframes are our timeframes and your business priorities are our business priorities. You know what? We also really want to know about and celebrate the promotions, weddings, travel plans, study achievements and all the important life events of the people within YOUR team. Joe Trazzera, with over 30 years of Corporate IT experience, started the business on his own. His passion for getting to know every client personally and understanding their business beyond IT support saw the business grow rapidly; including the need to expand the team. The next couple of years saw Joe employ several, administration and accounts personnel to support continued growth. Turns out an interest in IT can be inherited because Joe’s son James was also following a career in IT including working for Johnson and Johnson and the Catholic School Office. And in 2012 the inevitable happened, Joe employed his own son James as Internet Technica’s Senior IT Consultant. The business today continues to have solid leadership with James as General Manager and a growing number of IT Professionals and clients up and down Australia Eastern Seaboard. So where is Joe? Joe is still very involved in the business, we have not lost the 30 years of technical experience, leadership and passion that Joe started out with. He does, however, try to spend some of his time enjoying travel and his duties as a proud grandfather.
