About InvestAmerica
InvestAmerica, LLC (“InvestAmerica”) provides access to private, U.S.-based foreign direct investment opportunities to international investors. We specialize in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program (“EB-5”) and E2 Treaty Program (“E2”). We have been in the EB-5 industry since 2010 and have represented several hundred investors. To date, 100% of the EB-5 families we have worked with have been approved for either conditional or permanent residency via the EB-5 program with no denials. We provide consulting services to EB-5 investors, E2 applicants and EB-5 Regional Centers and focus on extensive project due diligence, adherence to and compliance with U.S. securities laws, transparency to the investor, and projects structured to protect the interests of the investors.
