In Ghana, the firm is incorporated under the companies’ code 1963 (Act 179), regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Advisor and Fund Manager; and also by the National Pensions Regulatory Authority as a Pension Fund Manager. The firm is associated with Investiture Portfolio Consultants, the investment consulting firm from which the Fund Management business evolved. We are a firm of active portfolio managers well versed in the science of investing; our professionals have several years of finance experience between them, with the most significant experience in Portfolio Management and Corporate Finance. We actively search for superior, risk adjusted returns and specialize in the creation of customized portfolios of securities and real assets for our investing clients.
