Often a consultant’s experience is limited to their practice or their prior role, but as prior c-level officers in Fortune 500 and other companies, Invigoren’s senior partners have been at the helm as companies have navigated difficult times. Our partners experience delivering a bottom-line, derived from revenue improvement, through product and channel focus, gross margin improvement via sourcing, the identification of operational economies, and recapitalization is varied: * Development of new products and assortments, and securing placement in the grocery (CPG), restaurant (QSR), convenience, gift, department stores and specialty retail channels. *Restructuring of the balance sheet to match anticipated conditions, enhance the opportunity for desired transaction, lower costs of operation and debt service, or in extreme cases, to execute a consensual foreclosure or Chapter 11 Reorganization. In the case of the later, in 2013 a Client emerged from C11 six months and one day after entering. *Repositioning of assets and the redefining of competencies to focus on market opportunities in a range of industries such a giftware, hardware, marketing services, e-commerce platforms, baked goods, pet food, and retail.
