About Invisible Carpet

Invisible Carpet was born in 2020, in the midst of the Covid emergency, through the "Cultura Crea" program of Invitalia SpA, the national agency for investment attraction and business development owned by the Ministry of the Economy, and its core business is the distribution of films never released in Italy. We draw our films, documentaries, TV series from the selections of the most important international festivals, from the most accredited production companies, from the most authoritative directors, taking care to bring the Italian public high-quality audiovisuals and an international cast. Our core business is accompanied by a strong social connotation, since all the films acquired are previewed to the invisibles of society: homeless, retirement homes, penitentiary institutions, institutions for the treatment of addictions, difficult neighborhoods and all other realities with a non-social fabric fully connected. Here Invisible Carpet brings the preview of its films, setting up a real cinema theatre and inviting, when possible, the cast of the film. With Invisible Carpet, cinema restarts from the invisibles, through the creation of moments of participation and involvement for true inclusion in the path of recovery from addictions, from conditions of physical and mental discomfort, from problematic experiences. Invisible Carpet overturns social divisions, subverts their schemes by placing the INVISIBLES at the center of previews on the big screen.
