About Invisible Discipline

We are like personal trainers for leadership teams. We help teams find muscles that need strengthening, practice new approaches and tools, and coach teams to align, collaborate, and adapt on their journey to creating value. While most leaders and coaches desire high-performing teams, it is no longer our end goal. “High performance” was born from athletics and manufacturing – seeking to drive greater speed and efficiency. Over the years, however, we’ve seen that teams focusing on their own performance, can do so at the expense of other parts of their organization, project, or ecosystem. This inadvertently de-optimizes the organization or project – creating competing priorities, unhealthy friction, win/lose scenarios, and overall waste. Our belief is that every team can continuously create value with – and for – their stakeholders. Our approaches are rooted in current research and best practices to align leaders with systemic views, generate authentic collaboration, and inspire adaptability. We offer team coaching, executive coaching, and facilitation services for leadership teams, partnering teams, and project teams.
