About Inward Bound

Inward Bound Mindfulness (Inward Bound) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of teens, parents, and professionals. Through mindfulness retreats and programs, Inward Bound helps participants cultivate awareness, compassion, and kindness for themselves, others, and the natural world. We lead mindfulness retreats for teenagers and young adults across the country at retreat centers and in wilderness settings. We also provide customized mindfulness retreats + programs for individual schools, community organizations, and other nonprofits. For professionals looking to weave mindfulness into their work, we also offer a year-long Mindfulness Teacher Training program. On every level, from individual teens and young adults to their educational institutions and organizations and the professionals who interact with them, we offer valuable, expertly-led, and impactful mindfulness retreats and resources.
