The staff of Iowa Land Management and Real Estate Company has been conducting business out of our current office at 415 A Avenue in Vinton, Iowa since the 1970s. The name was changed in 2005, but the personnel, policies, and commitment to great service has remained the same since. As Realtors, we’re members of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtors Land Institute. As a result, we can make your quest for that right “acreage for sale,” “bare building lots for sale,” “commercial property for sale,” or “land for sale” a more pleasurable experience. If you’re looking for help in marketing acreage property, bare lots, commercial property, or farm property, we’re the ones to call. David W. Wessling, company owner and broker, is responsible for making sure your real estate transaction goes smoothly. He’s been doing this since 1984, and has a great knowledge of agricultural properties for sale in the trade territory. Connie Ogier, office administrator, has been with the company for nearly two decades and is in contact with buyers and sellers as the real estate transaction moves from an accepted real estate offer to the closing of the real estate transaction. Jeremy Sills, a Certified Crop Adviser and NRCS Technical Service Provider that brings expert advice in sustainable farming practices, government conservation programs, and precision agronomy. Jeremy also is a Realtor and can work with you on your farm management or real estate needs. As Realtors, we subscribe to a stricter Code of Ethics. The company adheres to the belief that if we take care of our real estate clients, our real estate clients will take care of us. After all, it’s what we’ve built our business on!
