The company, based in Carrickfergus, Greater Belfast, is an existing supply chain partner with a clear understanding of customer requirements, and offers mould tool design and manufacture, CNC machining, and injection moulding, using high performance engineering polymers and value-add assemblies. IPC Moulding’s capability ranges from micro-moulding through to 700 tonne injection moulding, with flexible production quantities to suit all needs and expectations. This has enabled IPC to deliver over 1.2 million parts per year across global locations. With a high-quality service and performance at all times, IPC has achieved an impressive 99.99% average on quality and 99.87% average on delivery from 2013 to 2023, with a lead time that’s 50% shorter than the sector average, whilst introducing a high level of new products to their range through the NPI process.
