IP Office Installation and Maintenance Support 40-years of professional telephony experience, I have worked for Ameritech/AT&T, Nortel and Avaya. My experience includes Nortel BCM/Norstar ITAS, Avaya Backbone IP Office Tier 3, Installation and Maintenance, and Business Partner level operation. At AT&T, I was in charge of maintaining communications for a nuclear power plant, health care call center, and major manufacturing business, which included day-to-day operations, major moves and changes, and maintaining PBX operation. My expertise expanded while working for the PBX manufacturers, Nortel and Avaya. These roles gave me insight and skills to handle the highest levels of support and a deep understanding of processes and procedures. As an Avaya IP Office Tier 3 support engineer, I was responsible for assisting Avaya Business Partners to resolve critical issues. This included installations, from concept to cut-over testing, on-site support, as well as day-to-day maintenance issues, emergency response, and moves/adds/miscellaneous changes. I am also well versed in CM Aura to IP Office migrations.
