About Ipt Technologies
IPT Technologies AB is a private owned company in the tool industry with operations located in Stockholm, Sweden. The company was formed 1992 to exploit inventions in the field of vibration-damped pneumatic tools. Conventional pneumatic tools are often associated with strong vibrations that can lead to serious occupational injuries (e.g. white fingers) and generally poor ergonomics. Our methods of severely limiting the vibrations that transfers to the user's hands are recognised as leading in Europe. Our tools are used by many industries that demand ergonomics and precision in their work, and are sold by industrial distributors and retailers around the world. We carry out development, design, production, sales and marketing from our premises in Stockholm. Parts are manufactured by Swedish subcontractors to our specifications and we do final assembly and testing of our tools prior to delivery.
