Founded in 2015 by two engineers, Julien Bruneau and Quentin Enard, iQspot is the partner of choice for real estate investors to co-develop a sustainable real estate strategy. iQspot collects and analyzes in real time the energy and water consumption data, comfort indicators and renewable energy production of buildings. To deploy its comprehensive solution, the company combines three expertises: the in-house development of a SaaS platform, the deployment of IoT sensors on buildings’ meters and its expertise in energy management. The solution is aimed at asset management companies, real-estate companies and institutional investors, to help them better understand, decarbonize and automatically control their buildings and/or commercial real-estate assets, enabling them to achieve 16% energy savings without work in the first year, and up to 30% with automatic remote control of equipment. To date, iQspot monitors more than 5 million sqm in real time, in five countries (France, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium and Spain).
