About Irish Arts Minnesota (formerly the Irish Music and Dance Association)
The IMDA is a membership organization which is dedicated to supporting organizations, artists, teachers, and students of traditional Irish culture! Each month, members of the IMDA receive our newsletter which provides information about activities and events, as well as the people who are involved in keeping Irish traditions alive! Annually, the IMDA has produced a family friendly alternative to the bar scene on St. Patrick's Day at the Landmark Center in Downtown St. Paul, MN which showcases the talents of such individuals and organizations primarily located in and around Minnesota. In addition, the IMDA sponsors ceilis, feis', tionols and acts as a resource of information about the various activities and practitioners of Irish cultural traditions.
