About Irish Cricketers Association

Set up in 2017, the ICA operates as the collective voice on behalf of all male and female international cricketers in Ireland. Our role is to represent the interests and welfare of our members, and to use our voice to shape the development of the game to the benefit of all stakeholders in our sport. The ICA is also a member of the global players’ body, World Cricketers through which we help to advocate for players’ rights and interests globally. We believe in the importance of the players’ voice in building a sustainable future for the game in Ireland and believe the contribution of our members is central to that goal. We also recognise the importance of developing our members and aim to garner the support of local businesses and communities that can assist us in providing players with every opportunity to succeed both as professionals and as people.
