About IRL Men
We are Brian, Troy, and Tom, (In Real Life (IRL) Men): a team of professional licensed therapists leading men's groups to support men's mental health. *We provide a supportive and challenging space for men to learn about themselves, improve their emotional intelligence, and up-level their communication skills. *In our groups, men practice real, direct, compassionate, reflective communication between each other as a way of learning about themselves and their relationships. *We are currently offering groups... = In-person in Berkeley, California = Online for anyone across California = Online for anyone across the U.S. = Online for Asian American Men in California * Our groups consist of 4-8 members and meet weekly and ongoing for 90 min per week. Most groups meet in the evening or afternoon. *Some of our groups also include an annual weekend retreat where we meet up in person in a scenic locale in Northern California for immersive group time. * Our groups are open to anyone who identifies as male, including cis and trans men. We strive to make our groups more inclusive and welcome men from all racial and ethnic backgrounds.
