About IRLabs
Since 1967 IRLabs has solved the challenges of detecting ultra-low levels of infrared light and manufacturing specialized cryogenic systems for scientific research, astronomy, and industry. Our experienced team will work directly with you to deliver a system to meet your needs. Bolometers & IR Detector Systems We provide highly sensitive and cost-effective cryogenic and cryogen-free bolometers for general research, high resolution and far-IR detection, FTIR spectroscopy, high magnetic field research, terahertz research, molecular beam physics, and OEM applications. Cryostats For over 50 years we have supplied flexible, cost-effective standard and semi-custom cryostats for successful operation in a wide variety of low-temperature applications including IR detection and imaging, focal point array testing, low-temperature physics experiments, and OEM integration. Custom Cryogenic Solutions Top scientific research organizations and industry leaders use IR Labs to design and manufacture custom cryogenic solutions for astronomical observation, scientific research, and industrial applications. We specialize in providing completely customized turnkey instruments integrating detector, cryogenic, electronic, and optics technology. We can also provide software development support. IREM-IV In 1996, IRLabs introduced the world’s first Infrared Emission Microscope (IREM) for the new application of failure analysis of semiconductors. The IREM uses our technologies for observing the faintest light emissions in deep space. IR Detector Accessories We supply a variety of optical, mechanical, and cryo/vacuum accessories that can improve the performance and accuracy of your system. Accessories include: Winston cones, far IR filters, vacuum windows, heat switches, filter/aperture wheels, temperature controlled stage, pumping manifold, vacuum glands, LHe transfer tubes, and heater buttons.
