Iron Heights is a full service business technology solutions provider. What does that mean? It means that Iron Heights has the training and experience necessary to support your business network. Iron Heights has two areas of focus: Full Network support for small and medium sized businesses in Southwest Washington and Single Solution Managed Services for all sized companies anywhere in the US. Iron Heights is located in Montesano, Washington, and from there we are able to leverage our employees and contractors in and around the area to support clients. We can be onsite with any of our clients in an hour, or we can be virtually connected to your network in a matter of seconds. We rely upon some of the best tools available to help us provide remote support to our clients, as well as insight into our client’s networks. This allows us to efficiently deliver a high level of customer service to our Managed Network clients. In addition, we have many clients that rely upon us for Single Solution Managed Services. This means that if you only need a Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) solution for your network, we’re happy to provide you with just that solution. We have several offerings for our clients that can be purchased on an al a cart basis. Unlike other manage solution providers; we don’t require every client to rely upon us for every aspect of their network support. We’re happy to provide the services and solutions that your business requires.
