Physically and mentally, we aspire to help everyone joining our community and providing the sanctuary to do so. Once you have walked through our front door you’ll witness our bespoke reception desk followed by our front of house service ranging from freshly made smoothies/juices, or your favourite hot drink or simply a post workout shake. You’ll be able to catch up on emails from your laptop or grab a pre workout drink and begin your journey to the gym floor You then enter our state of the art facility featuring brand new bespoke plate loading hammer strength equipment, cutting-edge LifeFitness cardio machine, ATX combo racks, 20 metres of indoor turf marked to the metre and the UK’s first ever hammer strength box which features a unique class designed to push the members to their limits. Beyond our mural wall you’ll find our studio which hosts classes such as Spin, Body Pump, Body Combat and circuits. Once you have finished your workout, we have a recovery room equipped with compression sleeves, theraguns and red light therapy to assist in boosting your recovery time. Adding to your recovery we have 2 saunas inside your changing rooms allowing you to sweat out some extra calories! In addition to this, across the corridor you’ll find our Cryotherapy Arctic designed to expose your body to sub-zero temperatures in order to stimulate benefits ranging from weight loss, injury or rehabilitation
