Established in 1994, Irving & Irving Associates is dedicated to excellence in assessment and development - we partner with organisations to attract, engage and retain great people. As Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologists, we have a professional training that equips us to make a real and sustained difference to people and organisations. Using the psychological and organisational expertise within our team - and where required reaching out across our specialist partnerships - we design and deliver assessment and development processes that are fair, effective and engaging. We take a systemic and developmental approach to our assignments and seek a balance of respecting and challenging. So underpinning all our engagements is a strong desire to work with existing processes where it makes sense to do so, while being prepared to challenge the status quo when necessary. For every intervention we consider how the difference can be sustained going forward. We pride ourselves on offering a bespoke service for each client even with large scale projects, involving high volumes…we don’t believe in ‘one size fits all’.
