IS2 is a WBE certified woman-owned business that offers services in the areas of Inventory Management, Facility Closures, and Facility Transition Services. Our goal is to help companies improve their bottom line by offering either a “Turn Key Service” on a periodic basis or by providing the tools and training for companies to execute for future needs. In today’s economy and regulatory environment, effective management of fixed assets and efficient facility closures are two key operational issues being reviewed at all levels. Now more than ever, companies are held accountable for submitting accurate financial statements that reflect proper management of corporate assets. Unfortunately, many companies are forced to close facilities without having prepared in advance for the expertise, resources, and training required to manage through these difficult issues. IS2 was founded based on the need for companies to successfully manage these critical tasks. IS2 has the experience in managing corporate assets and conducting plant closures.
