CADSEEK technology enables encryption of 3D digitized models whether they represent CAD designs, 3D scans, Digital Twins or depth maps created using LIDAR or InfraRed, or any other 3D digital assets. Once extracted, the shape encryption can then be used for large scale data analytics. One of iSEEK’s newest products is CADSEEK iDentify where depth map single projection scan is encrypted to search a prepared database to identify the actual part or assembly. The result can then be used to locate a multitude of similar 3D objects. Another new product recently developed is iSEEKGlobal. Imagine that an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) has created a new part or assembly design and wishes to locate a reliable supplier of OTC products or a contract manufacturer (CM) that has produced a variety of designs over the years for their customers. The OEM is often reluctant to disclose the actual design of the part since it can represent a valuable element of the company’s intellectual property. iSEEKGlobal, focused on the needs of supply chain management addresses that challenge by matching OEM requests to manufacturers’ capabilities via the CADSEEK shape encryption without the exchange of CAD. CADSEEK shape encryptions are extracted within the OEM’s and the suppliers’ networks. CADSEEK enterprise solution applications are deployed at leading global companies and use cases span the engineering design, manufacturing applications, field service operations and supply chain management functions including supplier qualification and purchasing.
