Intermodal Solutions Group (ISG) - Pit to Ship Solutions supply a Logistic , storage & ship-loading system, Using ISG containers &the RAM Revolver tipplers. ► INTERMODAL SOLUTIONS GROUP trades as Pit to Ship Solutions, designing specialised containers for commodities to transport products from mine site to ship’s hull. ► ISG licence their patented lid-lifter system to RAM for their container tipplers. WE SPECIALISE IN bulk mining container solutions for the cartage of copper concentrate, lithium, mineral sands, nickel, zinc, iron ore and grains. We provide an environmentally-friendly logistics solution for greenfield and brownfield sites that reduces product loss, enables product blending and is fully-operational in just six months using existing port infrastructure. CONTAINER PORTS can become bulk ports using our system. Most mining companies look for the nearest bulk loading port to export their product, which could be hundreds of miles away. The ISG system allows bulk loading in container ports that may be closer, saving on cartage costs. STORAGE SHEDS are labour-intensive and create a dusty environment when double-handling your product. Our system uses the containers as the storage shed so the product is not open to the environment from loading at the pit until inside the ship’s hold. SAMPLING AND BLENDING of the product at the mine site in containers, which is block stacked at the port in grades. The ship is blended using a simple algorithm from the grades in the containers.
