Application fields are strength and vibration analysis, material testing, fatigue monitoring and non destructive testing. We also offer measurement service for research and development. Our customers include research institutes especially for mechanics, materials and NDT as well as industries mainly in the field of automotive and aerospace engineering where the technology is applied in development (strain measurement, deformation measurement and vibration analysis) and production (non destructive testing). Technology: One of our unique and leading systems is the combination of dynamic loading by Piezoshaker System with Shearography for non destructive testing especially for in service monitoring. Our measurement systems are based on digital image correlation (DIC) and electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) respectively Shearography. Our software platform isi-Studio is used for Shearography/ESPI and Videostroboscopy. Image correlation is based on VIC 2D/3D in strong cooperation with Correlated Solutions INC. History: isi-sys founded in 2000 by Dr.-Ing. Peter Mäckel first as a privat company, later converted to GmbH, where he is the Managing Director. We are operating worldwide in cooperation with local technical representatives and OEM partners.
