Isis has been established since 1998 and provides a comprehensive service covering all those disciplines associated with a refurbishment contractor. Since Isis was launched, the business has expanded to meet the needs of clients, specifically into differing sectors of work from commercial refurbishment of retail and office space, refurbishment of industrial Buildings, interior fit out of office space to provide more flexible accommodation for the changing needs of an ever changing world, refurbishment of existing residential, and conversion of office, retail and ancillary spaces into much needed residential use. The services we offer draw on specialist knowledge and the extensive experience of our own team of professionally trained and qualified staff, tradesmen and craftsmen who have worked with us over many years. With the ever changing needs of our clients and the changing procurement options Isis can offer not just the traditional approach to contracting but "Contractor Design" where the JCT CDP form of contract is a preferred contractural format. Isis can provide consultation and advice on specific projects, including the preperation and presentation of surveys, technical reports, specifications and budgets for financial planning. We also offer a comprehensive design service, using both traditionally draughted and CAD systems to produce designs and layots. We pride ourselves on the quality of work we achive, with a flexible approach. No job is too small, no problem insurmountable.
