Island House is an award-winning gay resort in Old Town Key West, set in a completely secure private compound where the choice to wear something, or nothing at all, is yours. Our rooms are decorated in a masculine and tropical motif inspired by Ernest Hemingway's home in Havana. We've given every thought to your comfort with our room-darkening drapes, sound-proofing and our ultra-comfortable beds with down comforters and 300 -count bed linens. Our Cafe, which has been rated one of the best in Key West, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner pool side. Our menus feature American favorites with Caribbean touches. The bar offers beer, wine, champagne, mixed drinks, and tropical specialties all day and all night. Our Health Club which includes a gym and Spa area with sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi is the most complete in Key West. Our large heated pool and Jacuzzis are open 24 hours a day. We have a free happy hour every evening which is quite festive, and provides an opportunity to get to know other guests. Our erotic video lounge is open 24 hours a day, showing adult male videos exclusively. The resort is gay-owned and managed.
