As an Executive Chef with years of experience in the culinary world, both as a chef and entrepreneur, I’ve had the privilege of managing kitchens, leading teams, and creating exceptional dining experiences. My passion for food and hospitality has driven me to explore diverse opportunities, from running my own catering company to consulting for hospitality businesses. Despite my global experience, my heart has always belonged to Saba. My dream has been to return to the island and contribute positively to the community through my skills, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit. Building my own business here allows me to merge my professional journey with my deep love for Saba, creating something meaningful and impactful for locals and visitors alike. One of my proudest ventures is Island Paradise, where I combine my expertise in hospitality with my love for creating unforgettable guest experiences. Located on the breathtaking island of Saba, Island Paradise Apartments offers two stunning accommodations: Tropical Paradise, a spacious three-bedroom retreat, and Boho Paradise, a cozy one-bedroom getaway. Designed to provide hotel-like comfort with a touch of luxury, our apartments ensure guests feel right at home while experiencing the beauty of Saba. In addition, our Sunrise Villa is a serene and inviting property where guests can immerse themselves in the tranquility of Saba’s natural beauty. My aim is to offer not just accommodations but memorable experiences that showcase the island’s charm and hospitality.
