We also offer one-on-one personal training and custom orthotics to support mobility, performance, and long-term wellness. Our MMOA-certified (Modern Management of the Older Adult) team brings specialized expertise in outpatient orthopedic and geriatric care, applying evidence-based assessment and treatment strategies to optimize function and independence. At IslandFit, we combine clinical expertise, advanced tools, and a supportive environment to deliver care that is both highly effective and patient-centered. We are committed to helping every individual break barriers, achieve peak function, and live life to the fullest with confidence and independence.
