Islands Hospice believes that every one of us deserves the opportunity to write the closing chapter of our life with dignity, in peace and in the comfort of home. Since 2008 our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, nurse aides, social workers and chaplains have walked with and cared for over 10,000 patients and their families in their final chapter of life. With locations on Oahu and Maui, Islands Hospice serves patients and their loved ones in their own home, or at one of our peaceful residences in Honolulu and Kahului. Our 200+ employees and 60+ volunteers allow us to provide the highest quality of care and focus on the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of patients and their families.
