We are the Isle of Wight's leading independent organisation committed to improving the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people on our island. While we offer a range of support for children, young people and their families, the majority of our work is concerned with providing a professional one-to-one counselling service. We have a long established history supporting children, young people and their families on the Isle of Wight for over 40 years. Our approach is youth-led and evidence based, working in partnership with our young people in order to develop services which directly meet their needs. Integral to this, is our focus on working in partnership with a range of agencies and community stakeholders, to ensure young people who need support are identified early. As well as the service we offer at our headquarters in Newport we also work collaboratively with partners across the Island, providing outreach support to make the service we offer as accessible to as many children and young people as possible. We also work in partnership with statutory services, delivering counselling for under 18s under contract from the NHS, as well as support around Youth Housing & Employment in partnership with Sovereign and the DWP. We are the largest independent provider of youth mental health services on the island. Our services are heavily subsidised through our community support.
