ISOBiotech is an emerging Australian-based diagnostic technology company. We have over fifteen years of experience developing both customised and routine diagnostic assays using nucleic acid amplification technologies like PCR and isothermal amplification technologies like LAMP and RPA. Using our experience in the diagnostic field, we identified the gaps in existing amplification technologies and innovatively designed and developed an uncommon and unique molecular detection platform called Isothermal PCR Amplification (IPA™). This technology is field-deployable, ultra-rapid and capable of detecting infectious pathogens within 20 minutes, with qualitative performance comparable to laboratory-based PCR.
