ISOTHERMOS is a Belgian family owned company, based in Brussels and mainly active in the railway sector, since 1919 in Belgium, Holland, Benelux, France and more generally Europe. As agent or distributor, we already officially represent strong brands such as Knorr-Bremse (since 1955), IFE (member of the Knorr-Bremse group), Deuta-WERKE, SEMVAC A/S, etc. We offer to our partners different kind of services, - Sharing our many years of knowledge and experience of our local markets, strengthened by long-term and close relationships with our customers; - Local, direct and face-to-face contact, in native language, to end customers and railway operators; - Immediately inform our partners about local market developments in the regions under our responsibility and screening for project opportunities; - State-of-the-art developments directly locally in the market; - Thanks to our decades of experience close to the customers, we help our suppliers to develop business in our markets and grow market shares; - Joint project management in the frame of maintenance, overhaul, modernization, etc. projects of our customers; - Logistical services such as stock management, for instance through consignment and security stocks, including “just on time” deliveries (“Delivery plan”); - Customized/tailor-made logistic and service solutions, meeting our customer’s requirements; - Support to administrative tasks and assistance for the compliance of candidature and quotations files; - Support and assistance regarding digitization and specific requirements of our customers (for example e-tendering, e-bidding, e-invoicing); - Adaptation and interfacing to e-collaboration platforms such as Supply-On (implemented by SNCB/NMBS since 2018); - Important references in the railway sector: SNCB/NMBS, STIB/MIVB, DE LIJN in Belgium; SNCF, RATP, tramway operators in France; NS in the Netherlands; … - An enthusiastic, motivated and experienced team; - Etc.
