About Israeli Institute for Quality, Innovation & Excellence (IIQIE)

The Israeli Institute for Quality, Innovation and Excellence (IIQIE), was established as a nonprofit organization in 2018. The organization is chaired by Dr. Zigmund Bluvband. Among the goals of the association: • Promote the quality, excellence and innovation in various sectors of the economy in Israel, while integrating the young people in the movement of innovation, business excellence and quality. • Promote training and activity in the areas of quality, reliability, innovation and organizational excellence. • Professional certification of managers and employees of organizations at all levels. • Create mutually beneficial collaborations and relationships with similar organizations around the world. Activities within the association are voluntary by the founding team and others who join it as members The IIQIE was accepted as National Business Partner in the (EOQ) European Organization for Quality in 2019, after its goals and activities were recognized by the organization's management as being in line with the common goals of its members. IIQIE participates in an international venture - Quality Innovation Award (QIA) - the international competition for innovation (qualityaward.com) and operates the competition in Israel (iqie.org/qia). The 2019 awards ceremony was held in Israel on February 5, 2020. Each year Israeli companies participate and win awards. The IIQIE is an independent professional organization with international recognition for its professionalism, and therefore IIQIE carries out personal certification exams (IICQE, IICMQ / OE, IICRE). As part of the EOQ partnership, IIQIE is recognized by EOQ as the sole Competence Center Agent in Israel and is entitled to grant international certifications on its behalf.
