ISTT is Bowling Green’s premier IT consulting company. With over two decades of IT experience delivering quality consulting and support for computers, network engineering/administration, hardware, custom software, and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) applications. But really you can’t understand us unless you understand what motivates us, what gets us out of bed every morning and ready to take on the next challenge: our customers. In the story of our company, our customer is the true hero and we base everything around making sure they win the day. In general, the foundation of our customer base are small and medium-sized businesses that range from CPAs to transportation companies and even medical facilities. We understand that each and every one of our clients have something essential to contribute to the communities where they serve and that the last thing they need to worry about is a server going down or an update that needs to be made to keep them running. Whether it be hardware or software solutions, our services make sure that they have one less thing to worry about—or sometimes dozens—so that they can get to what they do best and grow. In a world where cyber threats lurk at every corner, we don’t want people paranoid: we want them to be prepared. But how can you defend against an enemy that you don’t even know exists?
