Georgie is the face, eyes, ears, and brain behind It’s a PCOS Party. She lives and breathes her brand after suffering for 10 years with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), a condition that effects 1 in 8 women worldwide and is the leading cause of infertility. Having completely reversed the condition through diet and lifestyle herself, she is on a mission to help as many other Women do the same. After studying Biochemistry and Nutrition at University, and dedicating her life to understand exactly what the female body needs for optimum hormone health, Georgie founded It’s a PCOS Party in 2020, turning pain into a passion and has been helping hundreds of other women take control of their health since. She provides 1 to 1 coaching programs and online courses, delivered through honest, empowering, and educational sessions which help women truly understand food is medicine and how it can help heal the body. Being an advocate for a balanced healthy lifestyle, Georgie preaches how you can still enjoy life and all the good stuff involved whilst nourishing your body the right way. ‘Life is not a dress rehearsal so live it’ is her personal mantra and she is committed to inspiring others to believe that a condition does not define you. Georgie is incredibly empathetic having suffered from PCOS herself, meaning she is especially sympathetic and relatable to all females who come to her.
