About It's Naturally You

Since 2018 our team has been providing individuals and groups with the guidance, skills, understanding and motivation to reconnect you with the wellbeing benefits that we know come from spending time in our natural environment. All of our programs are based on our research experience of the global evidence base. This means that we have a unique understanding of what works to meet individual and group needs…..we love rainforests but for example, these may not be the best environments for someone with anxiety or depression. Over the last 5 years we have tailored programs for school groups, our senior citizens, families, those with disabilities and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities. Come and join one of our half-day, full day or multi-day nature-based programs or unique training courses around Melbourne and longer 2-4 day programs at our stunning Bemm Bush Retreat in east Gippsland.
