All inclusive This support package is scaled to the number of machines used by an organisation. It allows customers to add new machines to their plan or take them away as they upgrade and recycle old kit. It is suited to businesses that prefer a fixed cost. Time-based This is the most popular of our support products due to its flexibility. Customers purchase a block of time and use it for anything they like - including general system housekeeping - and have access to our engineers over the phone, via remote desktop and in-person at their premises. Pay as you go Customers can get help on an ad-hoc basis without an official support agreement. Our engineers can access customers' computers via remote control and customers can bring their machines into our purpose built premises or one of our engineers can attend their office or home. We also offer bespoke solutions to meet a wider range of customer needs.
