The Italian American Chamber of Commerce – Midwest (IACC), based in Chicago and Milan, is an independent, nonprofit business association founded in 1907. The IACC is part of a large network group of 13 Italian Chambers located in the major metropolitan areas in Canada, Mexico, and the United States. It also belongs to Assocamerestero: a network of 75 Italian Chambers of Commerce in 49 different countries. The Assocamerestero offers Chamber members discounts on products and services in Italy and around the world. The mission of the IACC is to provide services to the Italian business community and to American businesses oriented to the Italian market or products by promoting, facilitating, and protecting trade relations between the United States and Italy while advancing the interests of its members through connections and interaction with like-minded businesses, government agencies, trade associations, and leading international organizations. La Camera di Commercio Italiana Americana di Chicago, con sede a Chicago e Milano, è un' associazione commerciale indipendente senza scopo di lucro, fondata nel 1907.
