The ItBox resident engagement tech platform is the answer to your resident engagement obligations under the Building Safety Act 2022. It saves the property manager time, meets compliance requirements and helps keep residents safe in the event of fire or structural failure. The platform was created by a team of property managers working on the BSA for the past two years. ItBox enables occupiers to raise safety concerns and complaints, managers can share building safety information in multiple languages, our videos provide an engaging way of informing residents of their responsibilities and importantly the dashboard enables measurement of participation.
