iTech Towers Data Centre Service Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Grand Ming Group (SEHK: 1271). Our parent company has nearly 30 years of experience in building constructions, including building design, A&A works and building service engineering works, is one of the most reliable and reputable building construction company in Hong Kong since 1995. The group has established trustful relationships with renowned private property developers and has completed numbers of prestige and luxurious development projects. iTech Towers has more than 15 years of experience in providing data centre services and solutions in Hong Kong, offering world-class services & facilities to cloud operators, telecommunication companies and financial institutions. Leveraging on the core competence of the parent company, iTech enters the market as a data centre provider, using its own premises for long-term investment and to provide stable operation. Our first high tier data centre and BCP site, iTech Tower 1, was converted from an industrial building in 2007 and located in Tsuen Wan. With the proven operation record and market acceptance, we have acquired another land in Kwai Chung for iTech Tower 2, our second high tier data centre building with multi-tenant operation since 2016. Currently we are developing our iTech Tower 3 Phase I and Phase II buildings, both located in Fanling, these greenfield developments are long-term investment began with land acquisition in Jul 2020 and being constructed by our team of our parent company. These two new data centres are designed to meet the latest data centre requirement on higher power density, and able to serve global data centre users according to their needs.
