About Ithraa Lebanon

Ithraa-Lebanon is a nonprofit organization providing coaching sessions and training programs for all community members to help them enrich their relationships by deepening their intimacy and further developing their social-emotional skills. The organization aims to form partnerships with different institutions like schools, universities, companies, youth movements, and governmental and non-governmental organizations as well as families and small communities, to nurture healthy relationships amongst their members since we believe that healthy relationships can promote a happy social life where peace and harmony prevail. Ithraa-Lebanon has a variety of programs based on Relational needs, Mindfulness, recent neuroscience and brain research and a combination of other theories and methods, to ensure direct response to the growing number of challenges faced by devoted citizens who are actively engaged in building a good society. Ithraa team, consisting of well-experienced coaches, therapists, educators and business experts, is always ready to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and groups in all domains and provide distinguished and highly effective approaches in raising awareness and resolving conflicts to ensure inner peace within self and others. The focus is slightly different at each level and each category, but the goal remains the same: empower people to make positive changes in their lives.
