At ITP Sport our vision is to end maltreatment in sport. Through our focus on aligning prevention and protection of participants and the organization, we aim to prevent incidents before they occur. We take a proactive approach to ensure all participants are happy, healthy, and free to pursue their dreams. This is not an easy task, but we will be there to minimize your risk and keep your athletes safe. Our top services include: Safe sport culture review: Review policies, procedures, processes and work with membership base confidentially and anonymously to provide a data driven and experiential driven view of an organization's liability risk and risk to the safety of their members. Outcome: report and presentation to stakeholders Recommendations for needed services and implementation of those services upon request. Independent third party services:* *Now mandatory at the NSO level by Sport Canada and many provinces as well. Independent and unbiased complaint intake and expertise based triaging of complaints. Respondent communication. Investigation coordination. Hearing panel recommendations. ITP services allow organizations to maintain unbiased in the dealings of safe sport infractions.
