They opened their first itsa branch in Dublin city centre in 1999, serving the freshest and tastiest soups, salads, bagels, goodies and coffees. Since then, the company has grown at a steady pace and now has 16 different locations throughout Dublin, including four itsa cafes - serving thousands of people everyday. "We make all our own fillings in our central kitchens, from roasting chicken and beef to making hummus, tapenade, sauces and condiments. We make our soups each day and our vegetable and lentil soup is famous for its great flavour and the fact that it is vegan, virtually fat free and only 75 calories per portion."
