La vocation de iumtek est de concevoir des analyseurs chimiques temps réel in situ industriels, basés sur la technologie LIBS. Notre start-up est composée d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire expérimentée. La société a été cofondée avec le CEA Investissement et relève de la filière de valorisation de la Direction Energie Nucléaire du CEA Saclay. Cette collaboration s’exprime par l’exploitation de brevets et un accord cadre de R&D. Après deux années d'incubation @IncubAlliance, iumtek intégre l'accélérateur de start-up deeptech Accelair du groupe Air Liquide. La technologie LIBS est une méthode temps réel permettant l’analyse élémentaire par l’émission d’un rayon laser sur tous types de matériaux, sans préparation préalable et quel que soit son état (liquide, solide ou gazeux). Le rayonnement du plasma généré est analysé par spectroscopie d’émission afin d’obtenir la composition de l’échantillon et aboutir à une donnée qualitative et/ou quantitative. ---------------English below--------------- The vocation of iumtek is to design industrial real-time in situ chemical analyzers, based on LIBS technology. Our start-up is made up of an experienced multidisciplinary team. The company was co-founded with CEA Investissement and comes under the valuation sector of the Nuclear Energy Department of CEA Saclay. This collaboration is expressed through the exploitation of patents and an R&D framework agreement. After two years of incubation @IncubAlliance, iumtek joins the deeptech start-up accelerator Accelair of the Air Liquide group. LIBS technology is a real-time method allowing elemental analysis by the emission of a laser beam on all types of materials, without prior preparation and whatever its state (liquid, solid, or gas). The radiation from the plasma generated is analyzed by emission spectroscopy to obtain the composition of the sample and to arrive at qualitative and/or quantitative data.
